We held our first Protecta soldering competition, where precision, patience, and team spirit came together. The soldering irons were red-hot, the atmosphere was great, and the competition was fierce. We found out who has the most skilled hands in the company.

Protecta Electronics organized its first internal soldering competition this year, with the aim of strengthening professional knowledge, creativity, and team spirit.
During the competition, our colleagues were able to test their manual dexterity and soldering techniques in two categories: amateur and professional.
The high standard of the competition is demonstrated by the fact that the judging was anonymous and based solely on the workpieces, ensuring that the evaluation was completely objective. The finished pieces were all testament to precision, patience, and professional standards.
Congratulations to the winners:
Amateur category: Zsolt Szőke
Professional category: Dóra Csáki
Special recognition also goes to the other enthusiastic participants:
Márton Bősz, Adél Horváth, Gabi Kardosné, Zsolt Takács, Adrienn Tóth, Krisztián Szabó, and Csaba Varga.
They all practiced a lot and showed extraordinary dedication during their preparation. The field included not only experienced professionals, but also colleagues who were trying soldering for the first time in their lives – and they did a great job.
The idea and its implementation are a credit to the creative work of Protecta\\\'s internal team, while the competition was supported by Tünde Varga with her dedicated organization, attention, and—to the delight of the winners—homemade cookies.
The competition took place in a good atmosphere, in a sporting manner, with strong concentration and professional curiosity. At the announcement of the results in the showroom, Managing Director Jozsef Spilko gave a speech, and then the colleagues toasted the winners together – with syrup, of course.
At Protecta, we believe that professional development and human relationships go hand in hand. The soldering competition was a great example of how precision and community spirit can lead to truly strong results.
