Dear Partner,

At Protecta Electronics Ltd., we highly esteem our long-term partnerships as they allow us to generate value for all stakeholders. Our business relationships are defined by transparency, which is a vital tool in achieving our mission. In this spirit, we would like to inform you about changes in Protecta’s management, which was the result of unanimous decision of the owners. We are confident that these changes will not affect our daily operations in any way. 

During the last couple of years, Protecta Electronics Ltd. has grown rapidly, and we expect this dynamic to continue in the future. Over the past five years, our sales and profit have nearly doubled. Our innovative developments have successfully entered international markets, we have built a stable infrastructure for our production, our expertise, products and solutions ensure reliable electrical network operation across continents. 

Growth has a significant impact on our organization. Protecta has experienced a significant development, becoming a larger and more sophisticated organization. Our company's greatest value is our highly skilled team of professionals, so it was exciting to see our headcount increase more than one and a half times. Our team effectively tackled the challenge presented by the growing trend towards digitalization, which ultimately enabled us to provide solid support for our partners' businesses. 

Success and growth pose a constant challenge to the company’s management and owners. We have recently identified which capabilities must be prioritized at the senior management level in an ever-changing business environment. Further growth and international expansion of Protecta will require a transformation of its leadership and organization in the short to medium term – while keeping up with the business environment changes. 

Accordingly, László Eperjesi, who has been the Managing Director of Protecta Electronics Ltd. since 2009, took on a new assignment within the company leadership as of 15 May 2023. He resigned from his position as Managing Director and will be responsible for the business strategy of the company. 

Protecta aims to build an organization that ensures long-term stability while supporting growth goals with professionalism and flexibility. This mission will be implemented by a team of five within the Executive Body headed by Csaba Radvánszki, who will take over executive duties

Ervin Dienes will be responsible for sales, Kristóf Hackel for R&D, Tamás Ördög for production, and József Tóth for business development. László Eperjesi will serve as Chief Advisor to the Executive Body and help define strategy and future development directions. 

Csaba Radvánszki represents continuity: he has held the position of financial manager of the company since 2007. As a leader he is committed to creating an environment that fosters professional collaboration, which Protecta is widely reputed for, as we enter new stages of growth and seize new growth opportunities.
