Electronic, self-powered overcurrent protection

The EuroProt type complex protection - in respect of hardware and software - is a modular device. The modules must be assembled and configured according to the requirements, then the functions are determined by the software.

The ΩProt compact devices belong to the smallest, numerical type device family produced by PROTECTA Ltd. Their compact design results in a small place requirement; therefore, they can also be used in narrow spaces.

The members of the SigmaProt device family are simplified versions of the EuroProt devices, which are well-known in the Hungarian electric power industry. Their main advantage is their significantly smaller size and compact structure, which is compatible in terms of hardware and software with ‘traditional’ EuroProt devices.
