This is a web-based support tool. If you need help, you can fill in an html form to submit your support request. After the completion of the form you will receive a ticket with a unique ID. This ID is used to track the case. Protecta’ support staff immediately receives an alert about the new ticket and will strive to answer as soon as possible.
The email address beginning with support@.... is no longer in use. Please use this support tool in the future.
