Protection & Control functions

The E4-DRFP (Digital Railway Feeder Protection) configuration is designed to protect and control single phase AC traction supply systems. The device measures the current and voltage of the railway overhead line. These measurements allow the Railway distance protection function, which is the main function of this application, extended with Teleprotection and Switch onto fault and Faul locator functions.
